 Fun Facts on donating blood: 1 pint can save up to 3 lives. You burn 650 calories when you donate blood! Donating blood is the oil change for your body! It forces your body to get rid of old cells and create new ones. We hope you can come out to City Hall on Oct. 9 and donate your blood for a good cause.
