MEASURE N: GENERAL SERVICES MEASUREPIC

One Measure. One Community Decision. 
 The City Council has placed Measure N on the ballot for voter consideration. If approved, Measure N would establish a 1% local transactions and use tax (sales tax).
The measure is estimated to generate approximately $1.2 million annually in locally controlled funding to support City services and community priorities in Grand Terrace

 

 

ECONOMIC OUTLOOK


The City of Grand Terrace remains committed to maintaining essential services, preserving quality of life, and planning for the community's future. Through prudent fiscal management and a longstanding history of balanced budgets, the City has worked to responsibly address community needs. Looking ahead, Grand Terrace faces increasing costs for public safety services, emergency response, infrastructure maintenance and replacement, and other critical municipal services. Strategic financial planning will be essential to ensure the City can continue providing high-quality services while addressing evolving community priorities and the long-term needs of aging infrastructure.


REVENUE FROM THE MEASURE WILL STAY IN GRAND TERRACE

 

The locally controlled revenue generated by Measure N would help maintain essential City services, support public safety, preserve quality of life programs,
and address critical infrastructure and community needs before they become more costly in the future.
