The City of Grand Terrace is Accepting Applications to Fill

Two (2) Vacancies on its Historical & Cultural Activities Committee

 

The City Clerk’s office is accepting applications for one vacancy on the Historical & Cultural Activities Committee. THE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION SUBMITTAL IS UNTIL FILLED.

 

TERM:
One (1) Vacancy term expires on June 30, 2024
One (1) Vacancy term expires on June 30, 2026

 

Duties of the Historical and Cultural Activities Committee are to select, identify and suitably preserve the historical records of Grand Terrace, arrange for effective means to display, and preserve historical items, enhance all forms of cultural activities and expression and to actively promote them, and to perform such other tasks as the City Council may refer to the committee.

 

The application period will open beginning Thursday, July 28, 2022. Applicants must be 18 years of age and reside within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Terrace. Applications are available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.grandterrace-ca.gov.

 

Applications must be filed with the City Clerk’s office located at City Hall, 22795 Barton Road, Grand Terrace, CA. Applicants will be selected at a regular meeting of the City Council.
