The City of Grand Terrace has adopted Public Works Standard Plans and Specifications to provide consistent design and construction requirements for public infrastructure improvements within the City.
The following documents apply to applicable public and private development projects, capital improvement projects, encroachment permits, and other work within the public right-of-way.
